THE PERSONAL DATA THAT CAN BE COLLECTED REFERS TO:

The data may be processed on paper or by automated or electronic means and, in particular, by post or emails, telephone calls (i.e. automated calls, SMS, MMS), faxes and any other computerized channel (i.e. website, mobile application).
OTHER SUBJECTS WHO MAY PROCESS THE DATA
The data may be processed by subjects operating on behalf of the Company and by virtue of specific contractual obligations, within or outside of the EU Member States.
The data may be communicated to third parties to fulfil legal obligations, to observe orders arising from public authorities or to exercise a right of the Company in court.
TRANSFERRING DATA OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA)
In the context of the Company’s contractual relationships, the Data may be transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), also by inserting the same in databases managed by third party companies operating on behalf of the Company. The management of the databases and the processing of the Data are bound to the purposes for which the Data was collected and are carried out in compliance with the applicable law on the protection of personal data.
Should data be transferred outside of the EEA, the Company shall always adopt all suitable contractual measures necessary to ensure an adequate level of Data protection, including – among others – the agreements based on the standard contractual clauses on the transferring of data outside of the EEA, as approved by the European Committee.

The Data processed to provide the Service or for Customer Satisfaction shall be stored by the Company for the time period deemed strictly necessary for the achievement of such purposes.

The Data processed for Marketing and Profiling purposes shall be stored by the Company from the time the data subject gives his/her consent until the withdrawal of such consent. Data retention period for Marketing and Profiling purposes provided by Medisport Center complies with the local laws, as well as with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Authorities.

The computerized and telecommunications systems, as well as the software used for the website operations, acquire, during the course of their normal operations, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
